On the menu for the day is: Green vegetables, radishes, young onions, baked pickerel, provencal, cutlets of chicken a la marechale, mashed potatoes, stringless beans, roast sugar cured ham, puree of spinach, chicory salad, rice custard, lemon sauce, ice cream, assorted cake, Neufchatel cheese, toasted crackers and coffee.
