Letter written to Chief Dowell by Chief Rayburn of Lents Volunteer Fire Department
Chief Rayburn is writing to Chief Dowell thanking him and the Portland Fire Department for their help with a fire that destroyed two stores and a restaurant in Lents on July 31. Chief Rayburn also thanks Chief Dowell and his men for being willing to let the volunteer department of Lents to work along side the Paid Fire Fighters of Portland.
