Telegram sent to Chief Campbell from Boise, ID
The telegram was sent to Chief Campbell congratulating him on his appointment to Chief of the Portland Fire Department. It was sent by L. Samuel, its not clear who he is, he could be the Chief of the Boise Fire Department, but no information was found.
