The house was built in 1882 and originally located at 321 SW 9th St. The house was purchased by Mrs. Cecilia Kirk and moved the house to a new location around 1910. It was sawed in half and dragged by horse to 1501 SW Harrison St where it became a three story fourteen bedroom apartment house until 1944. Date is circa.
