Design Advice Request for a 260-unit, sixteen-story student apartment building. The proposal includes a mix of studio, 1- and 2- bedroom units. The ground floor is comprised of a single commercial space at the corner, with loading, service and trash along SW Clay and mail rooms and a residential lobby along SW 11th Ave. Residential amenity spaces includes five shared kitchens, a laundry/game room, and a second floor courtyard. Proposed materials include brick veneer, vinyl windows ,fiber cement panels and a concrete base.
