(NPDES) Series is created to guide the extent of water treatment to meet State and Federal mandates. Series is used to document the application and issuance of permits to the City under the Clean Water Act allowing discharge under controlled conditions. Records include copies of applications, permits, correspondence, reports, maps, lab reports, working/supporting documents, conditions of permits, memos of understanding (MOUs) and other related documents.
