Series is created to meet state and regional requirements to develop, maintain, and carry out a city comprehensive plan. Records include plan components and supporting documents. Plan components are the goals, policies, objectives, maps, and lists of projects that comprise the plan. Supporting documents contain the findings of fact and evidence submitted to the State of Oregon and Metro demonstrating that city plan components comply with state and regional law; including state acknowledgement and periodic review obligations and regional functional plan requirements.
