An ordinance granting a revocable permit to Portland Railway, Light and Power Company to construct, maintain and operate a single track line of electric railway on Montgomery St, from 1st St [SW 1st Ave] to 2nd St [SW 2nd Ave], with the necessary curves and connections with its tracks on said 1st [SW 1st Ave] and 2nd [SW 2nd Ave] Sts, and to run and operate cars thereon, in the City of Portland, Oregon.
