An ordinance declaring the cost of improving Sixth St from the south line of the Right of Way of the Portland Railway Light & Power Company on Irving St to the south line of Hoyt St and from the north line of Glisan St to the south line of Glisan St and assessing the property benefited thereby, declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the docket of City liens.
