An ordinance to vacate a portion of [SW] Myrtle St in Carter's Addition to the City of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, and a portion of 20th St [as shown by the plat of Carter's Addition to the City of Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, as recorded in book "P" at page 490 of the Deed Records of Multnomah County, Oregon, being the same as what would be known as 23rd St by the present method of numbering streets in said City of Portland.
