An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Auditor in the name and on behalf of the City of Portland to enter into a contract with the owners for the dedication of certain real property at the east end of the Madison Street Bridge, and for the exchange therefor of a certain parcel of land within the lines of Hawthorne Ave, and declaring an emergency.
