An ordinance declaring the cost of improving E [SE] Main St from the east line of E 23rd St [SE 23rd Ave] to the west line of the W H Brown Tract, said point being the east line of Pleasant View Addition, and assessing the property benefited thereby declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the docket of City liens.
