An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in E 35th [SE 35th Ave] and Ellsworth Sts [SE Woodward St] from 75 feet east of the east line of Marguerite Ave [SE 35th Pl], and from the east line E 33rd St [SE 33rd Ave] to the proposed sewer in E 35th St; in E 35th St [SE 35th Ave] from the center line Ellsworth St [SE Woodward St] to the main sewer in Division St at the expense of the property specially benefited by such sewer.
