An ordinance declaring the cost of improving Myrtle St from the west line of 17th St [SW 17th Ave] to the east line of Montgomery St Dr, said line being the east line of 22nd St [SW 22nd Ave] extended southerly and assessing the property benefited thereby, declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the docket of City liens.
