An ordinance declaring the cost of improving 32nd St [NW 32nd Ave] from the south line of Thurman St to a line running east and west thirty feet south of south line of Lot 8 Block 21, Willamette Heights and assessing the property benefited thereby, declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the docket of City liens.
