An ordinance declaring the cost of constructing a sewer in E Davis St and E 17th St, from a point in E Davis St 35 feet east of the east line of E 18th St to a point in E 17th St, thence north in E 17th St to the sewer in Sandy Rd assessing the property benefited thereby and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
