An ordinance declaring the cost of constructing a sewer in Pennoyer and Moody Streets from 50 feet east of the east line of Hood St to a point in Moody St; thence in Moody St to the sewer in Curry St at Moody St assessing the property benefited thereby and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
