An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in E Main St from 125 feet east of the east line of E 30th St [SE 30th Ave] easterly in E Main St to Alley in block 1 Bungalow Glade; thence northerly through alley to connection with sewer in E 32nd St [SE 32nd Ave] at E Salmon St; a sewer in E 31st St [SE 31st Ave] from 25 feet north of the south line of Bungalow Glade to the proposed sewer in E Main St; also a sewer in E 32nd St [SE 32nd Ave] from a point 25 feet north of the south
