An ordinance declaring the cost of improving Williams Ave from the north line of McMillen St to the north line of Morris St, except that portion of said street lying between a line 76 feet north of and parallel with the north line of Cherry St and a line 100 feet south of and parallel with the south line of Broadway, assessing the property benefited thereby and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
