An ordinance adopting the report of the viewers in the matter of the proposed change of Holladay Ave by widening, so as to admit of a crosswalk between the present Railroad Bridge and the sidewalk as now laid on the southerly side of Block 4 McMillens Addition to East Portland, making an assessment of the benefits and damages set forth in said report.
