An ordinance to repeal Ordinance no. 19623, entitled "An ordinance adopting the report of the viewers in the matter of the proposed opening, laying out and establishing of Franklin St from the east line of Waverleigh Heights to a southerly extension of E. Thirty-ninth St as laid out in Richmond, making an assessment of the benefis and damages set forth in said report.
