An ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 19793, entitled "An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a water main in [W] Burnside St from 20 feet east of the west line of 3rd St [SW 3rd Ave] to 19 feet east of the west line of 7th St [SW Broadway], at the expense of the property specially benefited by such water main."
