An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of constructing a chain of water mains in Multnomah St from a main in E. Twelfth St to a main in E. Sixteenth St; in E. Thirteenth St from a main in Multnomah St to a main in Thompson St; in E. Fourteenth St from a main in Multnomah St to 20 feet north of the south line of Brazee St and in E. Fifteenth St from a main in Multnomah St to a main in Thompson St, at the expense of the property specially benefited by such water main.
