An ordinance making the appropriation heretofore made under the provisions of Ordinance No. 18807, in the sum of $20,000.00, for the purchase of ground and the construction of a City Barn on the east side of the river, available for the construction of said barn on said east side of the river and making an additional appropriation of $17,000.00 out of the General Fund for the construction of said barn.
