An ordinance vacating a certain plat known as "Lindsley Acres", bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point marked by a stone monument 10 inches by 6 inches in size set in the south line of the Edward Long Donation Land Claim in Section 13, Township 1, South of Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Multnomah and State of Oregon, north 89 degrees and 48 minutes ast and 82.2 feet from the northeast corner of the Alfred Lluelling Donation Land Claim; thence north 1075.8 feet; thence south 89 degrees and 50 minutes west 1093.0 feet along the south line of Kelly Ave; thence south 0 degrees and 9 minutes west 1076.4 feet; thence north 89 degrees and 48 minutes east 1095.7 feet to beginning, containing 27.03 acres.
