An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 18531, entitled: "An ordinance calling a special election for the purpose of submitting to the electors of the City of Portland a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of Portland entitled 'An act to amend Article VI of Chapter III of the Charter of the City of Portland entitled "An act to incorporate the City of Portland, Multnomah County, State of Oregon, and to provide a charter therefor, and to repeal all acts or parts of acts in conflict therewith
