An ordinance declaring the cost of constructing a sewer in E. Seventh St from 20 feet north of the north line of Elise St to sewer in Thompson St and from 108 feet south of the south line of Constance St to the sewer in Fremont St and assessing the property benefited thereby, declaring such assessment and directing the entry of the same in the docket of City liens.
