An ordinance authorizing the Mayor and Auditor of the City of Portland to receive a deed from Investment Company to the water works system known as Piedmont Water Plant, and to draw a warrant in payment therefor upon the water fund of the City of Portland in the sum of $20,000 and interest thereon at the rate of seven per cent per annum from June 1, 1907.
