An ordinance vacating all that portion of Abernethy St from the east line of Front St to the right of way of the Oregon and California Railroad Company (now used and occupied by the Southern Pacific Company), excepting a strip of eight feet in the center of the aforesaid portion of Abernethy St, lying between the lines as above described.
