An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, sockets and branches, in S 4th St [SW 4th Ave], from a point 100 feet north of Sheridan St to the creek in Marquam's Gulch, about 300 feet south of Sheridan St, as provided by Ordinance No. 6232, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
