An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, sockets and branches in N. Ninth St from ninety feet north of Stark St to the sewer in "B" St, as provided by Ordinance No. 6233, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
