An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in "I" St [Irving St] from a point one hundred feet West of N 22nd St [NW 22nd Ave] to the main sewer in N 20th St [NW 20th Ave] as provided by Ordinance No. 5986, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
