An ordinance adopting the report of the City Surveyor in the matter of the proposed street to be known as "U" St the center line of which shall be 230 feet Northerly from and parallel with the North line of "T" St in Balch's Addition to the City of Portland, from a Northerly extension in its present course of the West line of N 24th St in Goldsmith's Addition to the City of Portland Westerly to a Northly extension of N 27th St in said Goldsmith's Addition.
