An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in S 2nd St [SW 2nd Ave] from 80 feet North of the North line of Sheridan St to the creek in Marquam's Gulch as provided by Ordinance No. 5934, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
