An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in Eighth St from 10 feet South of the South line of Clifton St to the sewer in Harrison St as provided by Ordinance No. 5852, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
