An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in "S" St from the present terminus at a point ten feet west of the west line of N 23rd St to the west line of N 27th St as provided by Ordinance No. 5880, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
