An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to apportion the cost of constructing a sewer and drain from a point in the North side of the City Park in the Western part of the city, 250 Westerly from the Northeast corner of said part, and extending thence Easterly to a point near the Northeast corner of said park, thence extending Easterly in "B" St to and into N 22nd St [NW 22nd Ave]; extending thence Northerly in and along N 22nd St to and into "F" St; extending thence E St
