An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer, together with the necessary catch basins, manholes, lampholes and branches in S. First St from a point 10 feet South of the South line of Porter St to the sewer in Marquams Gulch as provided by Ordinance No. 5724, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
