An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer in Alder St from a point 13 feet West of the West line of Ninth St to a point 100 feet West of the West line of Tenth St, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
