An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer in "E" St from the present terminus of the sewer in "E" St to a point 100 feet East of the East line of N. Twenty first St as provided by Ordinance No. 5089, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
