An ordinance accepting a part of the brick sewer contracted to be laid by R. M. Riner along Tanner Creek from N. Fourteenth and "B" Streets, to N. Tenth and "H" Streets; thence along N. Tenth St to "I" St; thence along "I" St to N. Eighth St; thence along N. Eighth St to N. Front St and thence Northeasterly to low water in the Willamette River, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5068, and directing the drawing of warrants in payment therefor.
