An ordinance accepting part of the improvement of N. Sixteenth St, contracted to be made by Chas. Rivers, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5090, entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving N. Sixteenth St from the center line of "L" St to the center line of N. Front St and providing for the drawing of warrants in payment therefor."
