An ordinance to provide for the time and manner of contructing a wooden box drain in Gaines St, from a point twenty feet West of the West line of Hood St to a point thirty feet East of the East line of Hood St, at the expense of the property benefitted by such sewer, as provided by Section 121 of the City Charter.
