An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer in Seventh St from a point 10 feet South of South St to the main sewer in Harrison St as provided by Ordinance No. 5114, assessing the same and directing an entry of such assessment in the docket of City liens.
