An ordinance accepting the sewer contracted to be laid by V. Hepp and Co. in Seventh St under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5114 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Seventh St from a point 10 feet South of South St to the sewer in Harrison St, and providing for the drawing of warrants in payment therefor."
