An ordinance providing for the time and manner of constructing a sewer, with the necessary manholes, catch basins, branches and connections, in Marquam's Gulch, from a point 60 West of S. First St and 275 feet South of Sheridan St; thence Northeasterly as nearly as practicable in a straight line to a point in Sheridan St 175 feet West of Hood St and thence Easterly by the most practicable route to low water in the Willamette River; and describing the district to be sewered and drained thereby.
