An ordinance accepting the improvement of E. Park St contracted to be made by the Oregon Paving and Contracting Company under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4719 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving E. Park St from the South line of College St to the North line of South St" approved November 5, 1885 and directing the drawing of a warrant on the E. Park St Fund in payment thereof.
