An ordinance accepting the sewer constructed in "D" St constructed under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4804 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of constructing a sewer in "D" St from the West side of N. Seventeenth St to the Tanner Creek Culvert at N. Twelfth St at the expense of the property benefitted" approved February 26, 1886 and directing the drawing of a warrant on the "D" St sewer fund in payment thereof.
