An ordinance adopting the report of the assessors appointed to assess the cost of constructing a sewer in Harrison St under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4825 entitled "An ordinance providing the time and manner of constructing a sewer in Harrison St with an outlet into the Willamette River and the necessary catch basins, branches, lamp holes and manholes and describing the district drained by said sewer, which said sewer shall be paid for by the property benefitted as provided in section 121
