An ordinance accepting the improvements of Sherman St, contracted to be made by Jasper Ward under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4883 entitled "An ordinance providing for the time and manner of improving Sherman St from the West line of S. Fifth St to a point 220 feet West of the West line of S. Sixth St" approved July 8, 1886 and directing the drawing of a warrant in payment thereof.
